postheadericon tuesdays round up!!!!!!

Michael Brantley – 3 for 4 with a double and home run.  Brantley is simple putting up numbers across the board for fantasy owners.  He is quickly becoming a must start guy in mixed leagues.

Logan Morrison – 3 for 4 with 2 RBI.  Morrison has been struggling a little as of later, watching his average drop down to .290 before yesterdays 3 hit performance.  Morrison, more than likely is not going to hit .300 all year, probably more around the .280 range, but his exceptional plate discipline could give him a shot at hitting .300.

Asdrubal Cabrera – 3 for 4 with a home run and 2 RBI.  Cabrera continues to be a nice surprise this year as he has just hit his 12th home run of the year.  For a guy who has never hit more than 6 home runs in a season, this comes as a huge surprise.  Expect a power outage to come soon.

Gio Gonzalez – 7 IP 4 R, 3 ER while suffering his 4th loss of the year.  Gio has been struggling somewhat his last 2 starts, hes been plagued by some bad early innings.  Expect him to correct his early inning struggles and continue to roll him out there with confidence.

Josh Tomlin – Tomlin was roughed up again Monday night allowing 6 run in 6 innings.  I don’t think its time to drop Tomlin yet, but hes no longer a must start.

John Danks – 7.1 IP, 0 ER, 6 K to pick up his first win of the year.  Its about time Danks gets his first win, who has definitely pitched better than 1 and 8 record.

Joakim Soria – Picked up the win in relief Monday night and was then reappointed the closer of the team.  As I said yesterday, I hope you didn’t drop him in any leagues.

Francisco Liriano – Activated from the DL and will start Tuesdays game.  I wouldn’t start Liriano on Tuesday, let him work the rust off.
